Rampeèr: from the Ladino “to climb”

Surrounded by the majestic Dolomites, Rampeèr is a newly established brewpub/brewery in Val di Fassa where you can find homebrewed and local craft beers, well prepared food, signature cocktails and a considered selection of artisanal spirits and Trentino-Alto Adige wines. A visit to the Dolomites should involve fresh air, mountain adventure and convivial dining.

This is the ideal place to unwind after a day in the mountains, climbing, hiking, skiing and more- simply enjoy your time, connect, be yourself.

We are a hotel & brewery

Hotel Alpi is a family run hotel situated in the centre of Campitello di Fassa, conveniently positioned in the presence of the Sassolungo, Sas Pordoi and Catinaccio mountains. For more than 60 years we have striven to offer our guests a warm and traditional welcome within this beautiful alpine region. We hope to offer you something unique and enjoyable that will leave a lasting impression.

In 2020 we are happy to introduce Rampeèr our new passion project of 12 years in the making. Time spent travelling and honing the beer-making craft in varied breweries and bars across Europe inspired the idea of taking quality craft beer back to Campitello!

Our philosophy

With Rampeèr we hope to offer the people of our community and those who visit our valley a warm and friendly setting that brings comfort in a time of leisure.

Our brewery uses advanced German brewing technology, fusing traditional and modern techniques to create beers of unique character. We make sure to source the best quality ingredients available, including select Val di Fassa produce so as to brew beers that are naturally synonymous with our distinctive mountain heritage.

We care about our natural environment, we use eco-friendly products where possible and our brewery is entirely powered by renewable sources of energy. Let’s work together for a better future!
